Three Principles Coaching
In our coaching conversations, we will be exploring together some fundamental truths – principles – around how the mind works and how the experience of your life is created. Having been exposed to diverse coaching methodologies along with my life experience and the timeless teachings of yoga therapy, I found, in the Three Principles, the ideal foundation to convey my knowledge to my students and anyone who is seeking a new direction in life through coaching.
These conversations are very transformative because they will guide you towards your own wisdom, and uncover your true potential. Through insights and a deeper understanding of your life (what is happening on the inside), you will see a big shift in the way you live your life (what is happening on the outside). This is what I call inside-out wisdom. Moving towards what you want in your life, with ease, flow and confidence.
What you will experience is that change happens effortlessly, even for people who have never been exposed to coaching before. There are no practices or guidelines on how to live your life. There are no techniques, disciplines and steps to take towards a happier, more successful life. Just a deep, simple realization that what you are looking for is already in you. When you realise that all emotions, feelings and insecurities are temporary, you start to see more deeply the nature of who you truly are. And who you truly are needs no improvement. People often describe this experience as waking up to a new life.
